Trump supporters believe Alvin Bragg’s motivation in bringing criminal charges against him was interfering in the 2024 election.
Bragg may have just gotten his wish.
And that’s because a judge just handed Alvin Bragg this sick plan to end Donald Trump’s Presidential campaign.
Donald Trump appeared virtually with his attorney Todd Blanche for the first pre-trial hearing in Soros-backed Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s sham criminal trial.
At the hearing, Judge Juan Merchan ordered Trump not to speak publicly about the evidence Bragg’s team turned over to the defense.
Trump violating this order could result in a contempt charge that allows the anti-Trump Merchan to throw him in prison.
“Violations could result in sanctions. There are a wide range of sanctions and could include up to a finding of contempt,” Merchan declared.
Blanche raised objections and declared that he was “very much concerned that his First Amendment rights are being violated” and asked if Merchan imposed “a gag order.”
“It is certainly not a gag order,” Merchan responded.
Merchan claimed the order did not impede Trump from campaigning for President or discussing any details or evidence which are already publicly known.
“It is certainly not my intention in any way to impede his right to campaign for President of the United States. He’s free to do just about anything that doesn’t violate the terms of this protective order,” Merchan stated.
But any violations of this order are subject to the whim of Merchan, who has a history of anti-Trump rulings in the previous three related trials he presided over.
Trump and his supporters believe the 45th President stands little chance of receiving a fair trial in deep-Blue Manhattan.
Merchan was a campaign donor to Joe Biden.
The jury pool is pulled from the population of New York City that voted overwhelmingly for Hillary Clinton and Joe Biden in the 2016 and 2020 Presidential elections.
Democrats are not taking any chances in prosecuting Trump.
That’s why Democrat prosecutors are investigating Trump in the heavily Democrat jurisdictions of Manhattan, Atlanta, and Washington, D.C.
The Left wants to set up a trap where Democrat judges and Democrat juries convict Trump on sham charges to stop him from running for President in 2024 because many in the Party no longer believe that Joe Biden is a slam dunk to win a second term.
