Democrat prosecutors were supposed to be the end of Donald Trump.
But something strange happened along the way to the General Election.
And CNN admitted Alvin Bragg’s case against Donald Trump backfired in this big way.
Polls show Trump’s popularity is growing in swing states
CNN data analyst Harry Enten couldn’t believe that Donald Trump is now seen as more likable than Joe Biden by voters in the battlegrounds that will decide the next election.
CNN is dumbfounded that the Democrat lawfare campaign has spiked Donald Trump’s likability, and is higher than Joe Biden’s.

Enten and other leftists couldn’t believe that Trump’s fortunes rose in the face of four criminal indictments containing 91 charges.
Trump’s improved standing with the voters translated into polling leads over Biden in these pivotal swing states.

Criminal cases are backfiring
One reason Donald Trump’s poll numbers keep going up is because voters see the charges for what they are – political acts by partisan prosecutors to interfere in the 2024 election.
An AP-NORC poll found that just 35 percent of voters think Trump did something wrong in a case where the trial is now underway.
44 percent – a plurality – have no confidence that Bragg is treating Trump fairly.
44 percent of Independents see this as a Stalinist show trial compared to just 17 percent who think Bragg is going by the book to give Trump a fair trial.
Lawfare is not the magic bullet Democrats hoped
Democrats have waged lawfare against Trump, beginning with the Mueller witch hunt and the Russian-collusion hoax.
Soros-funded groups tried to weaponize the courts to ban Trump from the ballot.
Those efforts failed.
This left Democrats with a motley crew of Democrat prosecutors like Bragg, Fani Willis, and Jack Smith as their last chance to usurp the right of the voters to pick their President.
But through incompetence and blind hatred of Trump, all four of their clown-car cases against Trump are falling apart in various ways.
Smith ran into a fair judge in Florida who wasn’t willing to entertain his un-American notion that the right to a speedy trial rests with the government.
The Supreme Court paused Smith’s Washington, D.C., kangaroo court against Trump.
And Fani Willis’ sex scandal, alleged perjury, and corrupt conduct threw the Georgia 2020 election case against Trump into shambles.
Bragg’s case is the only one that may go to trial before the election, and polls show the American people don’t rate the charges as seriously and see the process as corrupt.
