Donald Trump asked one question about Taylor Swift that left jaws on the floor

Taylor Swift is the biggest entertainment star on the planet.

Swift’s presence also hands over the 2024 election.

And Donald Trump asked one question about Taylor Swift that left jaws on the floor.

Trump meets with Republicans and asks about Taylor Swift

Donald Trump met with House and Senate Republicans to do the prep work to hit the ground running on his agenda come January 20, 2025, should Trump win in November.

Reporters wanted to frame this story as Trump’s first visit to Washington, D.C., since January 6.

That would let them keep January 6 in the headlines in the hopes that it would signal boost Joe Biden’s big lie that Trump is a threat to democracy.

But the press can’t help themselves.

CNN’s Melanie Zanona veered off script and reported Trump asking Congressional Republicans why Swift would endorse Joe Biden when Biden’s cognitive decline required Biden to use a sherpa to guide him walking off a stage.

“Why would she endorse this dope? He doesn’t know how to get off a stage,” Trump reportedly said.

This came just days after Variety released excerpts of a book where Trump praised Swift as beautiful and talented, but wondered if Swift – who grew up in the country music industry – was just pretending to be liberal to appease the woke mob.

“I think she’s beautiful — very beautiful! I find her very beautiful. I think she’s liberal. She probably doesn’t like Trump. I hear she’s very talented. I think she’s very beautiful, actually — unusually beautiful!” Trump stated.

“She is liberal, or is that just an act? She’s legitimately liberal?” Trump continued.

“It’s not an act? It surprises me that a country star can be successful being liberal,” Trump added.

Trump’s history with Swift

Back in February, Trump posted on Truth Social that Swift should endorse him because he signed the Music Modernization Act in 2018.

“There’s no way she could endorse Crooked Joe Biden, the worst and most corrupt President in the History of our Country,  and be disloyal to the man who made her so much money,” Trump wrote.

This legislation changed royalty payouts for artists through streaming platforms, which should increase the amount of money flowing into the pockets of performers like Swift.

But Swift felt the need to appease the online hoards who ripped Swift for refusing to endorse anyone in the 2016 election because of the commonsense view that politics would divide her fan base.

Swift endorsed Joe Biden anyway, in 2020, smearing Donald Trump with lies about being a white supremacist.

“After stoking the fires of white supremacy and racism your entire presidency, you have the nerve to feign moral superiority before threatening violence? ‘When the looting starts the shooting starts’??? We will vote you out in November. @realdonaldtrump,” Swift wrote on social media.

Biden and the Democrats are holding out hope that Swift endorsing Biden in the fall would turn around the polls, which show Donald Trump making serious inroads with young voters due to inflation caused by Joe Biden’s socialist agenda.
