Donald Trump is already facing a weaponized justice system out to ruin him.
But Democrats aren’t content with just targeting Trump.
And now Donald Trump blew his stack over the awful thing Democrats just did to his daughter.
The kangaroo court Donald Trump faces in Democrat New York Attorney General Letitia James’ civil fraud trial is beyond farce.
Democrat Judge Arthur Engoron already ruled Trump liable for fraud before the case even went to trial.
And now Judge Engoron is rubbing Trump’s nose in it by forcing Ivanka Trump to testify, even though the appeals court ruled James couldn’t pursue fraud charges against her.
Trump went off on Judge Engoron in a post on Truth Social, slamming the left-wing activist as a bitter Trump-hater who is using his case to settle a political score.
“My daughter, Ivanka, was released from this Fake Letitia James case by the Court of Appeals, but this Trump Hating, Unhinged Judge, who ruled me guilty before this Witch Hunt Trial even started, couldn’t care less about the fact that he was overturned. I also won an Appeal on Statute of Limitations, but he refused to accept their decision. I truly believe he is CRAZY, but certainly, at a minimum, CRAZED in his hatred of me. This case should have never started, but now must be dismissed,” Trump began.
Judge Engoron ruling Trump a fraud led to the Judge revoking his New York business licenses, which is essentially the corporate death penalty.
The only point of the trial is to determine the extent of the damages James can collect, which could force Trump to sell all of his New York properties, including Trump Tower.
Trump bashed Engoron for this ridiculous ruling – no bank is claiming Trump defrauded them – which was based on the Judge relying on absurd valuations like the nonsensical claim that Mar-a-Lago is only worth $18 to $27 million.
In his post, Trump said every bank was well aware they needed to do their own due diligence on his financial statements and that none had any issue with lending him money.
Trump ripped the Judge for showing his bias at every turn, including fining him $10,000 for violating a clearly unconstitutional gag order.
“Financial Statements were LOW, NOT HIGH, had a 100% Disclaimer Clause, Banks were fully paid, ‘on time, on schedule,’ with never even a minor default, there was NO VICTIM, EXCEPT ME. Any other Judge in the Country would have thrown this case out on day one. He’s an out of control ‘Nut Job,’ who fined me $10,000 over a ridiculous Gag Order so that the publicity for the day would take over from the fact that Racist James and the Judge’s Star Witness admitted LYING TO CONGRESS on the stand – CASE OVER!” Trump added.
Trump promised to appeal whatever damages Engoron decides to award James, and legal experts believe he stands a good chance of prevailing.
