The Democrat Party’s lawfare against Donald Trump is reaching absurd proportions.
Trump is fighting for both his freedom and his fortune.
And Donald Trump called out one shocking video that should bring this trial against him to a close.
New York Attorney General Letitia James campaigned for office in 2018 on a promise to weaponize her office against Trump.
James made good on that pledge by bringing a civil fraud case against Trump, claiming that he inflated the value of his assets to receive favorable loan terms.
There was no victim in this case, as Trump paid back all the banks who lent him money, plus interest.
But James sued anyway, and Democrat Judge Arthur Engoron ruled before the case even started that Trump was a fraud and revoked his business licenses.
The only reason the trial is going forward is to see how much in damages Engoron awards James and the state of New York.
This could result in Trump being forced to sell all of his New York properties, including Trump Tower.
As Trump’s legal team prepared to begin their defense, cameras caught James sitting in the courtroom smirking.

Trump tore into James’ disgraceful conduct and bogus lawsuit in a post on Truth Social.
“Racist A.G. Letitia James is smirking all day long from her seat in Court, as New York continues to set records in murder and other violent crimes, and businesses flee to other States. This is a law that’s rather bazaar, this is a law that doesn’t require any victims (there are none, except me!), it doesn’t require anyone to lose money – the banks didn’t complain here, they made money. You have a (Trump Hating!) Attorney General who’s seeking hundreds of millions of dollars in damages when not a single penny was lost by these banks, and that’s part of this (Unconstitutional!) Law…You can see from the reaction of A.G. James, every morning from that seat, that she is enjoying this, enjoying it a bit too much.” Law Professor Jonathan Turley. “THIS LAW HAS NEVER BEEN USED FOR THIS BEFORE. It is both Unconstitutional and very UNFAIR! No businesses will come to New York, only continue to leave. The whole case is RIGGED from D.C. It is ELECTION INTERFERENCE. OUR COUNTRY IS BROKEN & CORRUPT!!!” Trump wrote.
This case is likely to be thrown out on appeal.
But James doesn’t care since she got the headline she wanted when a partisan Democrat Judge declared Trump a “fraud.”
