Both Donald Trump and Joe Biden are jockeying for position in the 2024 election.
But Trump may have just gained the upper hand.
That’s because Donald Trump had a secret meeting that is about to make Joe Biden’s life a living hell.
Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy announced that the Ways and Means, Oversight, and Judiciary Committees would open an impeachment inquiry into Joe Biden.
McCarthy cited the mounting evidence of Joe Biden’s involvement in his son Hunter’s business deals as well as the Justice Department’s political interference in the Hunter Biden probe as grounds for the inquiry.

But Trump also played a key role in nudging reluctant Republicans to take stronger steps to hold Joe Biden accountable for his corruption.
Trump reportedly met behind the scenes with key Republicans to make the case for impeaching Biden.
“Donald Trump has been weighing in behind the scenes in support of the House GOP push to impeach President Joe Biden, including talking with a member of leadership in the lead up to Tuesday’s announcement authorizing a formal impeachment inquiry,” POLITICO reported.
“The former President has been speaking weekly with House GOP Conference Chair Elise Stefanik, who was the first member of Republican leadership to come out in support of impeachment. The two spoke Tuesday, after House Speaker Kevin McCarthy announced Republicans would be pursuing the inquiry, according to two people familiar with the conversation,” POLITICO’s report continued.
Trump made no secret of his belief that the House of Representatives should impeach Biden.
“Either IMPEACH the BUM, or fade into OBLIVION. THEY DID IT TO US,” Trump posted on Truth Social in August.
Some RINOs were holding out on supporting an impeachment inquiry and denying the mountains of evidence implicating Joe Biden right before their very eyes.
Republicans uncovered bank records, emails, and text messages all showing Joe Biden lied when he claimed he never talked business with his son Hunter or had anything to do with his business deals.
Many conservatives argued that it should not have taken Trump getting involved to make an impeachment inquiry happen.
