The Department of Justice recently sent shockwaves across the political world by indicting former President Donald Trump for his alleged involvement in the protests that occurred on January 6, 2021.
This indictment came just moments after Devon Archer, a former family friend and business partner of the Biden family, testified before Congress about the ongoing investigation into Hunter’s shady business dealings.
And Donald Trump is absolutely furious after learning this crucial detail about his case.
Merrick Garland’s latest indictments made the already hectic 2024 election even more chaotic
From the day that Joe Biden took the Oath of Office, he made it very clear that attacking and imprisoning former President Donald Trump was his top priority. Joe Biden and his cronies at the Department of Justice have made good on this promise by attacking Donald Trump every chance they get.
These efforts have culminated in the move to indict Donald Trump this week for his alleged involvement in the protests that occurred on January 6, 2021.
To add insult to injury, Donald Trump’s case will be overseen by far-Left Judge Tanya Chutkan, who has earned a reputation over the years for her partisanship and unfair treatment of those who support Donald Trump.
In a piece about Judge Tanya Chutkan published last year, the Associated Press wrote that “Chutkan has handed out tougher sentences than the [Justice Department] was seeking in seven cases, matched its requests in four others and sent all 11 riot defendants who have come before her behind bars.”
The AP added that “in the four cases in which prosecutors did not seek jail time, Chutkan gave terms ranging from 14 days to 45 days.”
In one case in particular, Judge Tanya Chutkan ignored the recommendation of prosecutors and “jailed an Ohio couple [who] climbed through a broken window of the U.S. Capitol and live-streamed a video of themselves inside[, a] Texas mortgage broker [who] posed for a selfie in front of rioters breaching the building [and an] Indiana hair salon owner celebrated on Facebook a day after she joined the pro-Donald Trump mob.”
Many legal experts believe that the “random” appointment of Judge Tanya Chutkan spells disaster for former President Donald Trump.
Donald Trump’s legal woes have thrown a wrench in the already chaotic 2024 elections
Although the 2024 elections are still well over a year away, they are the talk of Washington, D.C.
The recent indictments of Donald Trump make these important elections even more tense given that a Presidential candidate has never received such harsh legal treatment.
Many political experts speculate that the timing of these recent indictments against Donald Trump is no coincidence since Devon Archer testified just before they were released.
Regardless of the timing, Donald Trump will have to appear in court sometime in the future in what promises to be one of the most pivotal cases in modern American history.
