Democrat Judges and prosecutors are pulling every trick in the book to help Joe Biden beat Donald Trump.
But Trump is not taking this lying down.
And Donald Trump is headed to the Supreme Court over this Judge’s illegal order.
Obama Judge Tanya Chutkan reinstated her unconstitutional and unworkable gag order on Donald Trump in Jack Smith’s criminal trial over him contesting the results of the 2020 election.
Democrat Chutkan and Democrat prosecutor Jack Smith collaborated on a vague gag order that prevents Trump from attacking Smith or any of the witnesses in the case, even though his decision to bring charges against him on behalf of his boss, Joe Biden, is one of Trump’s central campaign messages.
Several witnesses who are set to testify against Trump, such as former Attorney General Bill Barr, are political opponents committed to defeating him.
This gag order allows Barr and others to freely attack Trump but prevents him from responding, as Chutkan made sure to note that violating this gag order could lead to her imprisoning Trump.
Trump blasted the blatantly unconstitutional gag order as third-world election interference and promised an appeal.
“I have just learned that the very Biased, Trump Hating Judge in D.C., who should have RECUSED herself due to her blatant and open loathing of your favorite President, ME, has reimposed a GAG ORDER which will put me at a disadvantage against my prosecutorial and political opponents. This order, according to many legal scholars, is unthinkable! It illegally and unconstitutionally takes away my First Amendment Right of Free Speech, in the middle of my campaign for President, where I am leading against BOTH Parties in the Polls. Few can believe this is happening, but I will appeal. How can they tell the leading candidate that he, and only he, is seriously restricted from campaigning in a free and open manner? It will not stand!” Trump wrote on Truth Social.
“RADICAL LEFT JUDGE TAKING AWAY MY RIGHT TO FREE SPEECH IN ORDER TO HELP CROOKED JOE BIDEN & HIS THIRD WORLD ELECTION INTERFERENCE SCAM. AS GOOD AS THIS SOUNDS, IT WON’T WORK!” Trump added.
Donald Trump is appealing this gag order to the Washington, D.C., Court of Appeals.
That bench is stacked with Democrat activists like Judge Chutkan, which means that this case is likely headed for the Supreme Court.
