Joe Biden’s weaponized justice system scored its biggest win yet against Donald Trump.
This is the centerpiece of the Democrat Party’s campaign strategy in 2024.
And Donald Trump learned some tragic news about his court date in this criminal trial.
Obama Judge Tanya Chutkan set a March 4, 2024 trial date for anti-Trump special counsel Jack Smith’s case against the former President on charges of contesting the 2020 election.
The March 4 date sticks out because Democrat District Attorney Fani Willis also wanted to start her trial against Trump over charges relating to challenging the results of the election in Georgia on that day.
Georgia Governor Brian Kemp said there was no way that the trial could begin so soon.
Why is that date so important to Democrats?
March 4 is one day before Super Tuesday, where the bulk of the delegates are up for grabs.
Democrats want Trump on trial that day to hurt his campaign.
Since Democrats don’t look like they will get their wish of having Trump on trial in state court one day before Super Tuesday, an Obama Judge obliged the Party’s wishes at the federal level.
Most federal cases take over one year to get to trial.
The Trump campaign blasted Obama Judge Chutkan for violating Donald Trump’s right to a fair trial by depriving him of enough time to prepare an adequate legal defense.
A statement from the campaign said Chutkan’s decision “deprives President Trump of his Constitutional right to a fair trial, a seminal bedrock of America, and continues to expose the corruption of the witch hunts being thrown against President Trump.”
The Trump campaign blasted Biden’s weaponized justice system for no longer even pretending it wasn’t trying to interfere in the 2024 election.
“From setting a trial date for the day before ‘Super Tuesday’ to sending a fundraising email the moment of President Trump’s processing in Fulton County, the Biden regime is no longer hiding its nakedly political motivations,” the statement added.
“Election interference in broad daylight, right up in your face by a weaponized justice system. Defund the DOJ, impeach Biden & Garland. Power is all they understand, use what power we have or lose the republic,” wrote Republican candidate Joe Kent.
Former U.S. Ambassador to Germany, Richard Grennell, slammed the move as something out of a third world country that the U.S. State Department would normally condemn, but in this case the State Department was a party to banana republic behavior.
“The U.S. State Department usually calls out this type of election interference. Instead, Blinken is participating in election interference. Dictators around the world are celebrating. I look forward to removing these [shysters] from government and helping restore America’s moral clarity,” Grennell concluded.
