George Soros is behind an effort to stop Donald Trump from winning the 2024 election.
But now all hell is breaking loose.

Donald Trump can’t win the 2024 election if Americans can’t vote for him.
That’s the theory behind the Soros-funded Citizens for Responsibility and Ethics lawsuit in Colorado to ban Donald Trump’s name from the ballot.
The group claims that Section 3 of the 14th Amendment bars Trump from serving as President because January 6 was an insurrection, and thus his name can’t appear on the ballot.
Section 3 reads:
No person shall be a Senator or Representative in Congress, or elector of President and Vice President, or hold any office, civil or military, under the United States, or under any State, who, having previously taken an oath, as a member of Congress, or as an officer of the United States, or as a member of any State legislature, or as an executive or judicial officer of any State, to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same, or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. But Congress may by a vote of two-thirds of each House, remove such disability.
The Judge in the case is a Democrat donor and partisan and allowed the lawsuit to proceed to trial.
Trump responded with a video where he blasted the Soros-backed group and the rest of the Left for trying to end elections in America and impose a dictatorship.
If this scheme succeeds, then Democrats will be able to pick and choose who is allowed to run for President.

The lawsuit in Colorado is baseless, as courts across the country have rejected claims that the 14th Amendment barred members of Congress who spoke at the January 6 rally from appearing on the ballot.
And a federal court in New Hampshire tossed a similar case by ruling that the 14th Amendment claim is a “nonjusticiable political question.”
The plain text of Section 3 of the 14th Amendment also says the prohibition on holding office due to support for an insurrection applies to a “Senator or Representative in Congress” and an “elector of President and Vice President.”
It never mentions the office of the Presidency.
Once again, it is the Democrats who are guilty of the crimes they claim Trump committed.
This lawsuit shows it is the Left who wants to attack democracy by ending the ability of the people to choose their leaders.
