Donald Trump was furious when a jury issued this shocking verdict

Oct 25, 2022

There is no doubt there is a dual system of justice in this country.

But it’s not the one the Left would have you believe.

And Donald Trump was furious when a jury issued this shocking verdict.

Acquittals, probation, and dropped charges

Igor Danchenko was the primary source for Christopher Steele’s debunked anti-Trump dossier.

But Danchenko was recently acquitted of lying to the FBI, dealing yet another blow to Special Counsel John Durham’s investigation into the origins of Russiagate.

We know that Russiagate happened, we know that it was paid for by the Clinton campaign, we know Obama officials were involved, and we know they will all face no penalties.

The Danchenko case is yet another failure of our corrupt “criminal injustice” system that favors the Left, and targets conservatives.

Danchenko faced four counts of lying to the FBI about his interactions with Sergei Millian, former head of the Russian American Chamber of Commerce.

Danchenko had told the FBI that he received a call in July 2016 from an “unidentified man” who shared derogatory information about then-candidate Donald Trump.

The Russian researcher said he thought the man was Millian and that they agreed to meet in New York City, but the man never showed.

Durham’s prosecutors argued Danchenko never contacted Millian at all and only used the story to cover up his actions after he told Steele that Millian was the source of the false information that ultimately made its way into Steele’s Democrat-funded dossier.

As prosecutor Michael Keilty put it, “There was no call with Millian and there was no call with any individual. It’s a not-to-be believed story.”

The judge paves the path to acquittal

Danchenko was initially charged with five counts of lying to the FBI but, not surprisingly, the judge dropped one of the charges.

Shortly after that the four-day trial ended and the jury began deliberations.

The jury deliberated for nine hours and found Danchenko not guilty on all four of the remaining charges.

Danchenko’s case is the third criminal case Durham has brought as part of his investigation into the coup against Donald Trump.

Durham’s first case resulted in a guilty plea from FBI attorney Kevin Clinesmith for falsifying an email related to a FISA application.

However, Clinesmith served no jail time and was sentenced only to probation.

Durham’s second case resulted in the acquittal of Clinton campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann, who was also accused of lying to the FBI.

Durham’s investigation has uncovered the fact that the FBI shockingly offered Steele a bounty up to $ 1 million if he could corroborate any claims in his now-discredited anti-Trump dossier.

But legal experts do not believe anyone will even be charged for that.

Meanwhile Trump advisor Steve Bannon is going to jail, and dozens of Americans guilty only of trespassing sit rotting in a Washington, D.C. jail as the DOJ holds them without trial.

Deplorable Daily will keep you up-to-date on any developments to this ongoing story.
