Fox News Channel is under the gun.
The top-rated cable news network is fighting financial ruination in court.
And now Fox News just revealed if it is about to fire this top name.
Dominion Voting System is about to take Fox News to trial in its $1.6 billion defamation lawsuit.
The company sued Fox News for airing claims made by Trump and his supporters, including Rudy Giuliani and Sydney Powell, about their voting machines allegedly switching votes from Donald Trump to Joe Biden.
There is no evidence that this happened and Fox News founder Rupert Murdoch admitted in a deposition that he – as well as other top hosts – did not believe this stolen election claim.
Tucker Carlson, Sean Hannity, and Laura Ingraham never gave credence to this theory and even went on record expressing their skepticism.
Nevertheless, the corporate-controlled press views this case as their chance to destroy Fox News.
CNN’s left-wing activists Oliver Darcy breathlessly reported that Murdoch and his son Lachlan – who serves as Fox Corps CEO – would throw Fox News CEO Suzanne Scott overboard and scapegoat her in this lawsuit.
Darcy wrote:
The stunning levels of misconduct exposed in recent weeks raise questions about the future of Suzanne Scott, the embattled chief executive of Fox News. Will she be Murdoch’s sacrificial lamb? No moves are currently on the immediate horizon, I’m told. But it’s certainly possible — perhaps even likely — that Murdoch might cancel her in an attempt to save himself and his legacy.
However, this was more fake news from CNN, as multiple reputable sources confirmed that Scott is not in immediate danger of being fired.
Mediaite reports:
According to new reporting from Matt Drudge, contrary to recent speculation, Fox News CEO Suzanne Scott should not be concerned about her immediate job security.
The very top of The Drudge Report features the news: “FOX BOSS SCOTT NOT UP FOR CHOP, TOP SOURCES TELL DRUDGE…”
Mediaite can confirm that Drudge’s reporting comes from a high-placed individual at the company.
Darcy and other left-wing media activists want Scott out because they think they can force Fox News to hire a CEO who will either crack down on Ingraham, Hannity, and Carlson or fire them outright.
The criticisms of Fox News are all in bad faith because members of the media don’t think any organization that challenges the Left’s narratives or reports on stories that make Democrats look bad should exist in the first place.
