The Democrat Party is pulling the emergency lever on a scheme to derail Donald Trump’s Presidential campaign.
It’s the end game for the weaponization of the government.
And George Soros found one sick way to ban Donald Trump from running in 2024.
The Soros-funded Citizens for Ethics and Responsibility in Washington (CREW) filed a lawsuit in Colorado to kick Donald Trump off the ballot.
CREW’s suit claimed that Section 3 of the 14th Amendment banned Trump from appearing on the ballot since it prohibits anyone who engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the government from holding office because of the events of January 6.
“Four years after taking an oath to ‘preserve, protect and defend’ the Constitution as President of the United States… Trump tried to overthrow the results of the 2020 election, leading to a violent insurrection at the United States Capitol to stop the lawful transfer of power to his successor,” CREW’s lawsuit reads.
“By instigating this unprecedented assault on the American constitutional order, Trump violated his oath and disqualified himself under the Fourteenth Amendment from holding public office, including the Office of the President,” the lawsuit continued.
CREW didn’t file this lawsuit in Colorado by accident.
Critics contend that the lawsuit looked like a carefully constructed example of Judge shopping.
Democrat Sarah Wallace will preside over the case.
Wallace already rejected five different motions by Trump’s lawyers to dismiss this baseless lawsuit.
Judges in North Carolina and Georgia already rejected lawsuits brought against Republican members of Congress who spoke at the January 6 rally.
But Wallace donated to the Colorado Turnout Project in the 2022 Midterms.
The Colorado Turnout Project listed its mission statement as working to defeat Republicans who “refused to condemn the political extremists who stormed the United States Capitol on January 6, 2021.″
Critics contend that the fix is in for this case since CREW ended up with a Judge who put her money where her mouth is in thinking Donlad Trump incited an insurrection on January 6.
All Democrats need is one left-wing Judge in a Blue state to kick Trump off the ballot to establish a precedent.
If Wallace removes Trump from the Colorado ballot, then left-wing groups in states like Michigan, Pennsylvania, Arizona, and Wisconsin can bring lawsuits in front of leftist Judges to win orders for their Democrat Secretaries of State to remove Trump from the ballot.
Trump can’t win the election if he can’t get 270 Electoral College votes.
And if Democrats keep Trump’s name off the ballot in enough states, then it becomes mathematically impossible for him to hit the magic number.
