Jack Smith heard five brutal words that let him know it was game over

Jack Smith’s years-long witch hunt is entering its final phase.

But the rogue Special Counsel might not get the outcome he expected.

And that’s because Jack Smith heard five brutal words that let him know it was game over.

Donald Trump says that Jack Smith is getting sent packing if he wins

Special Counsel Jack Smith led the two sham criminal cases against former President Donald Trump that kicked off with the FBI’s unannounced raid on his Mar-a-Lago home in August 2022.

He had grand ambitions of tying down the former President in a trial in the middle of an election year and getting a conviction at the peak of campaign season.

But Smith’s witch hunt is in shambles.

His criminal case against Trump over allegedly mishandling classified documents was dismissed by District Court Judge Aileen Cannon after she found that Smith was unlawfully appointed Attorney General Merrick Garland.

Smith’s criminal case over January 6 has been paused for most of the year while the Supreme Court weighed Trump’s claim of Presidential immunity.

He was forced to file a superseding indictment after the Supreme Court issued its Presidential immunity that narrowed the scope of evidence that he was using.

The trial for the January 6 case won’t begin until after the election.

If Trump wins the election, all he would have to do is hold until January 20 next year, when he is inaugurated.

The former President talked about what would happen to Jack Smith if he won the election during an appearance on Hugh Hewitt’s radio show.

Hewitt asked if he would pardon himself or fire Smith if he won.

“It’s so easy. I would fire him within two seconds,” Trump said. “He’ll be one of the first things addressed.”

Hewitt wondered if he would face potential impeachment for firing Smith.

“I don’t think they’ll impeach me if I fire Jack Smith,” Trump replied. “Jack Smith is a scoundrel.”

Trump praised the work of Judge Cannon on the classified documents case.

“We had a brave, brilliant judge in Florida,” Trump said. “She’s a brilliant judge, by the way. I don’t know her. I never spoke to her. Never spoke to her. But we had a brave and very brilliant judge.”

Trump says Jack Smith should be deported

Trump gave further insight into what he thought the future held for Smith during an appearance on WABC 770 AM’s Cats & Cosby Show.

He said that the Special Counsel should be “thrown out of the country.”

“You have to let people in, but they have to come in legally,” Trump said. “And you have to get the killers, the murderers, and mentally deranged, you have to get them out. And we should throw Jack Smith out with them, the mentally deranged people.”

“Jack Smith should be considered mentally deranged, and he should be thrown out of the country,” Trump added.

The former President can likely run out the clock between Election Day and inauguration in the January 6 case.

A victory by Donald Trump is the end of the road for Jack Smith’s witch hunts.
