And now Jesse Watters offered Democrats one piece of advice that stunned viewers into silence.
On a recent episode of Fox News Channel’s The Five, the co-hosts discussed the recent trend in the media revolving around speaking out against Joe Biden, over his age.
A Fox News poll was the latest to show Trump leading Biden, and Democrats are beginning to panic.
Top left-wing members of the media, like Washington Post columnist David Ignatius, are publicly begging Joe Biden not to run.
Democrats believe their white knight savior is California Governor Gavin Newsom.
But Newsom recently took himself out of the running in a Meet the Press interview, where he said he would not challenge Vice President Kamala Harris in a primary if Joe Biden took himself out of the 2024 race.
The Five co-host Jesse Watters explained that Newsom likely saw the prospect of a primary running against the first black female Vice President as leading to a bloody battle that would divide the Party and lead to certain defeat in the fall.
“I don’t know if he wants to leapfrog a black female VP, and might keep his powder dry until 2028,” Watters began.
Watters pointed out that Donald Trump can only serve one more term.
But Watters also claimed that Donald Trump’s plan to go scorched earth to get revenge on the Left for the hoaxes, witch hunts, and weaponized justice system meant any Democrat would be favored to win in 2028 in an open-seat Presidential race.
“Remember, if Trump wins, it’s only one term,” Watters added. “And, let’s be honest; if Trump wins, the revenge tour — it’s going to be tough for a Republican to win after that.”
Donald Trump already pledged to reinstate his Schedule F executive order that makes it easier to fire thousands of left-wing activists who embedded themselves in the Deep State and other federal agencies.
These left-wing ideologues routinely sabotage Republican Presidents and hide behind civil service protections.
Trump is promising no more.
And in a post on Truth Social following Hunter Biden’s indictment on three gun charges, Trump hinted that he would appoint a real special counsel who would run an actual criminal investigation into the Biden family’s financial dealings and alleged foreign influence peddling scheme if he wins in 2024.
“This, the gun charge, is the only crime that Hunter Biden committed that does not implicate Crooked Joe Biden. One down, Eleven to go! The Democrats, with all of their horrible, very unfair, and mostly illegal Witch Hunts, have started a process that is very dangerous for our Country. They have opened the proverbial Pandora’s Box, and it is possible that the USA will never be the same again. SO SAD!!!” Trump wrote.
Jesse Watters believes this sets up Democrats to win in 2028.
The economy is always the number-one issue.
And the deciding factor in the 2028 race will be whether or not voters believe Trump fixed the economic mess Joe Biden left behind and if they like the GOP candidate better than the Democrat nominee.
