And now, Joe Biden is planning to spend billions of taxpayer dollars on ObamaCare for illegal aliens.

Open borders and open enrollment
Under a plan by President Joe Biden, American taxpayers are likely to be forced to subsidize billions of dollars in ObamaCare benefits for illegal aliens.
President Joe Biden recently announced a plan to open the Affordable Care Act, commonly known as ObamaCare, and Medicaid rolls to hundreds of thousands of illegal aliens.
Specifically, he wants to open up ObamaCare enrollment to illegal aliens enrolled in the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.
Created by former President Obama through an executive order, DACA has helped shield nearly a million illegal aliens from deportation since it started.
The Migration Policy Institute says there are currently about 600,000 enrolled in the program.
Researchers at the Center for Immigration Studies estimate that opening ObamaCare and Medicaid rolls to illegal aliens would cost American taxpayers roughly $4,600 per illegal alien.
At that rate, Biden’s ObamaCare and Medicaid for DACA illegal aliens has the potential to cost American taxpayers roughly $2.8 billion every year.
“A top priority of the Biden administration”
The Biden administration has been working on this since the very beginning of his term.
In February of 2021, Breitbart News reported on the Biden administration’s efforts to open federally subsidized healthcare benefits to illegal aliens.
Administration officials make no bones about the importance of the effort.
The program is considered a top priority of Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Xavier Becerra.
Even as far back as the Obama years, then-Congressman Becerra was part of a group of House Democrats pushing to open ObamaCare to illegal aliens.
And as Attorney General of California, Becerra helped the state open healthcare benefits to illegal aliens.
Governor Gavin Newsom (D) has now made California the first and only state in the nation to provide taxpayer-funded healthcare benefits to all illegal alien residents.
Costs we can’t afford
The plan, set to start in 2024, is estimated to cost Californians about $2.4 billion annually.
American taxpayers are already forced to subsidize roughly $18.5 billion worth of annual medical costs for illegal aliens living in the United States.
But the real costs to the American people are much, much worse.
The chief executive of a 406-bed hospital in Yuma, Arizona, explained to the House Judiciary Committee how illegal immigration is overcrowding hospitals and draining medical services.
“Our reality is this. We have delivered over $26 million in uncompensated care to these individuals in the 12-month period of time from December 2021 to November 2022,” the hospital executive told the Judiciary Committee. “That is an auditable figure.”
When you consider all the costs associated with illegal immigration, two things are true.
First, the costs are even worse than anyone can imagine.
Second, our nation simply cannot afford it.
