The Biden regime’s police state is growing more corrupt by the day.
And most of the corporate-controlled media has given them a pass or even aided the destruction of civil liberties.
But Mark Levin just nailed the FBI for this blatant assault on all Americans.
The weaponization of the FBI and DOJ into an armed police force for the Democrats began years ago.
But Joe Biden has accelerated the process and all but completed the transformation of the once proud FBI into his jackbooted private army.
At least they know how to use a magic marker
The Fox News Commentator took to the airwaves to criticize the justification used by Biden’s Justice Department and its Democrat allies to raid former President Donald Trump’s private Mar-a-Lago residence over classified documents.
Levin also walked through the difficulties he believes federal prosecutors are going to face if they continue down this clearly politically biased path.
Levin took particular delight in attacking the redacted affidavit DOJ released, after being forced to by a judge.
“We got the affidavit. It’s fascinating. It is unbelievable,” Levin began.
“Oh somebody knows how to use a magic marker and a ruler and there they are, but we have seven sentences,” Levin continued. “Let’s see if we can figure out what’s taking place.”
“I’m the senior legal analyst of this show right here and they keep moving the ball and they keep leaking. They want absolute secrecy,” Levin added.
He was, of course, referring to the heavily redacted affidavit that has become the butt of jokes and memes around the world.

No one is above the law – except Hillary Clinton
Democrats are claiming the raid was justified because, as Nancy Pelosi uttered, “no one is above the law.”
Well, except maybe the drunk driving husband of the Speaker of the House, or Hillary Clinton of course.
If the justification was the Espionage Act and “documents” Levin pondered, “How is it that Hillary Clinton is still walking on the earth free? She should be getting 50 life consecutive sentences for her violations of the Espionage Act.”
It is a well-known and established fact that Hillary had a server in her home to gather information, including classified information.
That violates the Espionage Act.
There is simply no question about it.
It’s not even up for debate.
So, when confronted with those unassailable facts what did the DOJ and FBI do?
Did they raid Hillary’s home?
Did 30 armed FBI agents go to her house in Chappaqua?
Did they search Bill’s wardrobes and private collections?

Levin also pointed out that Hillary didn’t just keep classified information on a server in her private residence, she also destroyed evidence.
“Oh, and that we had hammers on iPhones and bleach software and all the rest of it. Obstruction? Oh, of course not. It’s Hillary. And she wasn’t even President, except in her mind. So, she didn’t even have the protections attendant to a President,” Levin argued.
“What the hell is going on here?” Levin asked.
Of course, it was a rhetorical question.
Levin knows, just as most Americans know.
It’s all about Trump.
“What’s happened here is disgusting and I see they are attacking Trump. It’s always Trump. It’s not his enemies. It’s not the government. It’s always Trump’s, no matter how we prove that the FBI or the Intelligence Services, the Democratic Party and the media are corrupt as hell,” Levin continued. “No matter how many times we go through this, it is Trump.”
It’s an all-out assault on America
But it is more than that.
It’s an attack on Trump, his supporters, conservatives, Christians, libertarians, anyone who doesn’t goose step in line with the Biden regime and the socialist agenda.
And the attacks have been increasing in frequency and intensity for years.
Unless they are stopped, it will continue to escalate until they come for us all.
As Levin himself said, “This is an assault, an assault on Trump and his supporters, an assault on the Republican Party, an assault on our country.”
