Democrats indicted Donald Trump for the fourth time.

Fulton County’s Democrat District Attorney indicted Donald Trump and 18 other associates on a sprawling racketeering charge over allegations that they tried to subvert the election results both in Georgia and nationally.
Willis used Georgia’s broad RICO statute, which allows a local county prosecutor to pursue charges in other jurisdictions, to criminalize Trump trying to challenge the 2020 election results.
The Fulton County District Attorney also announced her intention to put this case on a rocket docket and bring Trump and his 18 co-defendants to trial within six months, meaning a jury would hand down its verdict right in the middle of the GOP Presidential Primary.
And because Fulton County is home to Atlanta, that gives Willis the advantage of pulling from a heavily Democrat jury pool.
According to Newsmax political analyst Dick Morris, the location and timing of the trial are no surprise.
Appearing on Rob Schmitt Tonight, Morris told the host that the trial is rigged against Trump and that Willis will win a conviction due to the Democrat makeup of the jury.
He also said that Donald Trump would go to prison before Election Day.
However, Morris claimed none of that would matter, as Trump would still win due to the public’s dissatisfaction with Joe Biden’s failed Presidency.
“He’s gonna be convicted. There’s gonna be a biased jury pool.” Morris told Schmitt. “And he’s gonna go to prison. And he will be elected from prison, President. It will not make any difference at all. He is going to be able to win this election no matter what they throw at him.”
Schmitt was taken aback by Morris’ prediction that Trump would win the Presidency from a jail cell.
“You think he’s actually going to prison?” Schmitt asked Morris.
“Yes,” Morris shot back.
“Wow, ok,” Schmitt concluded. “I’m hoping that the appeals courts can see through all this nonsense. But it’s a bold, bold prediction.”
Trump and his supporters believe it is patently obvious that Democrat prosecutors are throwing these criminal charges at him as part of a scheme to influence the 2024 election.
But Dick Morris believes the plan will fail.
