One shocking new poll revealed the one way Joe Biden will win re-election

Joe Biden is set to announce his re-election campaign in the coming weeks.

Biden is one of the most unpopular presidents in American history.

But one shocking new poll revealed the one way Joe Biden will win re-election.

A poll for the left-wing website The Bulwark found Ron DeSantis leading Donald Trump in a 2024 primary matchup.

“He remains a formidable force, to be sure, with a lock on approximately 30 percent of likely Republican primary and caucus voters nationally. But a majority of the GOP is ready to move on, believing either that Trump cannot win in 2024, or that he is too focused on the past rather than the future,” pollster Whit Ayers wrote of the survey’s findings.

DeSantis led Trump 52 to 30 percent in head to head matchup, 44 to 28 in a three-way race, and by 11 points in a 10 candidate field.

“On a two-way ballot between the two, DeSantis leads Trump 52 to 30 percent, with 15 percent undecided and 3 percent saying they would not vote if those were the only two options. On a three-way ballot test with DeSantis, Trump, and “another candidate,” DeSantis has 44 percent, Trump 28 percent, “another candidate” 10 percent, with 17 percent undecided. On a ten-way ballot, DeSantis has 39 percent, Trump 28 percent, Mike Pence has 9 percent, Nikki Haley and Liz Cheney 4 percent each, and five other candidates are at 1 percent, with 13 percent undecided,” Ayers added.

But the poll also showed that 28 percent of Trump voters would back Trump as a third-party candidate in a matchup between Trump, DeSantis, and Joe Biden.

Ayers wrote that under this scenario Joe Biden would easily win re-election.

“On a general election ballot test with DeSantis and Joe Biden, DeSantis would take 56 percent, Trump 28 percent, Biden 5 percent, with the remainder undecided or not voting. Voters who support Trump more than the GOP overwhelmingly stick with him as an independent candidate, with 69 percent supporting Trump and 24 percent supporting DeSantis. In this scenario, 2024 would be a replay of the 1912 Presidential election, with former Republican President Teddy Roosevelt running as the Bull Moose Party candidate against Republican nominee William Howard Taft and Democratic nominee Woodrow Wilson, splitting the Republican vote and ensuring that the Democrat Wilson would win the election,” Ayers wrote.

When RINO Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell entertained the idea of voting to convict Trump in the January 6 impeachment sham, Trump floated the idea of forming a Patriot Party to compete with the GOP.

McConnell quickly realized that voting with the Democrats to convict Trump and ban Trump from ever running for office again would backfire as it would split the party in two.

McConnell backed down and Democrats failed to rustle up the 17 Republican voters necessary to reach the 67-vote conviction threshold.

This poll will not cause DeSantis to stay out of the 2024 race.

And it is highly improbable that Trump would run third party due to ballot access law issues and the fact that he would only be running as a spoiler with no chance to win.
