The criminal probe into Hunter Biden is stained with political favoritism and corruption.

The Justice Department thought that they were going to let Hunter Biden escape without any jail time by giving him a sweetheart plea deal for tax crimes and a gun charge.
But the testimony of IRS whistleblowers who pulled back the curtain on the Justice Department’s meddling in the case sank that plan.
The judge in the case rejected the plea deal, which forced Attorney General Merrick Garland to spring into action.
Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss was appointed by Garland to serve as the Special Counsel for the Hunter Biden case.
According to investigators, Weiss, who oversaw the probe into Hunter Biden for five years, dragged his feet on pressing charges despite having enough evidence to proceed.
Slow-walking the investigation allowed the statute of limitations to expire on some of his tax crimes, including money that he was paid by the Ukrainian energy company Burisma.
The U.S. Attorney told Congress that he had the freedom to make his own decisions in the case.
However, the IRS whistleblowers revealed that Garland was calling the shots behind the scenes.
Garland put his hand-picked flunky to serve as the Special Counsel investigating Hunter Biden.
A gun charge against Hunter Biden is expected by the end of September
Court documents revealed that prosecutors working for Weiss’s office plan to seek a grand jury indictment against Hunter Biden for unspecified gun charges by September 29.
He was accused of lying on a federal firearms form about drug use when he purchased a handgun.
The plea agreement that Hunter previously had would have allowed him to have all of the charges dropped if he kept his nose clean for a couple of years.
It appeared that conservatives could still celebrate accountability finally coming for the President’s son.
Sean Hannity says the fix is still in with a new charge against Hunter Biden
Fox News host Sean Hannity said that David Weiss was pulling a fast one by filing gun charges against Hunter Biden.
“Special Counsel David Weiss is seeking at least one gun charge against Hunter,” Hannity said. “But make no mistake, let me be very clear upfront here. This is not a cause for celebration. But it’s hardly even a step in the right direction when we talk about justice being blind. Hunter is now facing prosecution only because David Weiss got caught giving Hunter Biden that get-out-of-jail-free card in the form of what was the sweetest of all sweetheart deals in history.”
Weiss is having his hand forced in bringing charges against Hunter, but there could be more going on behind the scenes.
Charges against the President’s son do not remove the stain of corruption during his investigation.
The gun charges against him could also be used to leverage another plea agreement that would close the case on his foreign tax crimes while the House Oversight Committee is investigating his influence peddling scheme.
David Weiss is going to do everything possible to make sure Hunter gets a slap on the wrist in order to protect the Biden crime family.
