Attorney General Merrick Garland is dropping the hammer on Trump supporters.
Garland is willing to shred the Constitution to take them out.
And Tucker Carlson was shocked to discover this sinister scheme by Merrick Garland.
The truth is finally starting to emerge about the events on January 6 at the Capitol.
Democrats used the January 6 Select Committee to create a narrative about what happened that day to try and stop former President Donald Trump from launching a political comeback and to smear his supporters.
Trump supporters were portrayed as violent thugs with carefully selected video footage from the Capitol.
Speaker of the House Kevin McCarthy (R-CA) gave Fox News host Tucker Carlson more than 40,000 hours of January 6 surveillance video from the Capitol building and grounds.
Democrats refused to release all of the footage from that day while they were in control of the House of Representatives.
On his top-rated Fox News show, Carlson revealed footage that poked a hole in the false narrative pushed by Democrats about January 6.
Justice Department drops the hammer on QAnon Shaman
Jacob Chansley, dubbed the “QAnon shaman,” became the public face of January 6 in the media.
He entered the Capitol Building wearing a helmet with horns and an animal hide.
Federal prosecutors pushed for a maximum sentence for Chansley because of his alleged role as the “public face” of the Capitol disturbance.
He was sentenced to 41 months in prison, which marked one the harshest sentences for a January 6 defendant.
Democrats and their media allies portrayed Chansley as the violent ringleader of protestors who charged the Capitol.
QAnon Shaman’s lawyer says Justice Department withheld evidence
Tucker Carlson played never before released footage of Jacob Chansley being peacefully escorted around the Capitol by nine police officers.
This footage directly contradicted the narrative created about him by the media and federal prosecutors.
Chansley’s former defense attorney, Albert Watkins, told Carlson that he had never seen the footage until it aired on his show.
“The government knew through three hearings, when we begged and pleaded to get this man out of solitary confinement, literally falling into an abyss mentally, and through each of those three hearings, that government assistant U.S. Attorney, knew the most important aspect of that hearing was that Jake was not violent,” Watkins explained.
A Supreme Court decision in Brady v. Maryland found that prosecutors are required to hand over potentially exculpatory evidence to criminal defendants.
“The government knew. They knew that Jake had walked around with all these police officers. They had that video footage. I didn’t get it,” Watkins said. “It wasn’t disclosed to me. It wasn’t provided to me. I requested it. I filed the requisite pleadings for it.”
The 40,000 hours of video footage turned over to Carlson could be a gamechanger for January 6 defendants.
Watkins said that the Justice Department is a “vile disgusting mess” for not sharing the footage with him and claimed that it was withheld because it didn’t fit their political narrative.
Merrick Garland is completely disregarding the law in his witch hunt against Trump supporters for January 6.
