Donald Trump answers questions about Area 51
Ever since the incident at Roswell, New Mexico, in 1947, where the Army first reported recovering a UFO before back tracking, many Americans believed the government hid the truth about the existence of alien life.
Area 51 was at the center of this controversy.
Area 51 is a secretive base out in Nevada where the government tests experimental aircraft.
And it’s also the base that Americans believe the government hid the remains of the craft recovered at Roswell and that the experimental aircraft the U.S. government tests are derived from technology recovered from the Roswell crash.
Appearing on Greg Gutfeld’s Fox News show, Trump answered direct questions about Area 51.
“Are there aliens at Area 51?” panelist Kat Timpf asked Trump.
Trump said that, as a former President, this is the number one question people ask him.
Trump told Timpf that he’s spoken to Air Force pilots who recounted strange encounters they’ve had in the skies.
But Trump said he doesn’t believe it involved alien craft.
“I’ll tell you, it’s a funny thing because I think that might be a question that I get more than any question. It is the craziest thing. So we have that so-called area, they consider it like a sacred area, and I will say this, I don’t think I’m a believer, but I have interviewed pilots that look – I like Tom Cruise – but better than Tom Cruise,” Trump began.
Trump explained that these were all credible stories coming from credible people and not tin foil hat-wearing conspiracy theorists.
“They were in the Oval Office, three or four pilots, these are not people that makeup stories, they said, ‘All I know, sir, is there was a round object that was going four times faster than my F-22,’ which is a very fast plane.”
“Four or five guys I’ve interviewed, solid people, great pilots for the U.S. Air Force, etcetera, they’ve seen things that they cannot explain,” Trump added

The questions about UFOs picked up during Trump’s Presidency after the administration began declassifying videos of Air Force and Navy pilots encountering unidentified flying objects.
There is no question there are aircraft in the air that defy the laws of physics and utilize technology the likes of which no one has ever seen.
The question is – however – are these man made, or are they alien?
