Soros-backed prosecutor Alvin Bragg is playing for keeps in his criminal trial against Donald Trump.
Bragg knows that he only has one chance to keep his campaign promise to weaponize the justice system against Trump.

Donald Trump says he’s willing to testify in New York City criminal trial
Trump knows the charges Bragg brought against him are a sham.
Bragg criminalized Trump’s bookkeeping to concoct a nonsense legal theory for a federal campaign finance violation that he claims influenced the outcome of the 2016 election.
Trump knows the best way to show that this entire endeavor is simple election interference is to take the witness stand himself.
“I’m testifying. I tell the truth, I mean, all I can do is tell the truth. And the truth is that there is no case,” Trump said in response to a question from NBC at an impromptu press conference outside the Manhattan courtroom.
“Yeah, I would testify, absolutely,” Trump added.
Bragg goes on the attack
Donald Trump has long argued that all these criminal trials and lawsuits are a scheme by the Biden campaign and allied Democrat Party prosecutors to bring him down through a triangulated crossfire of indictments and civil judgments from all directions.
In response to Trump’s declaration that he would be fine with testifying, Bragg immediately filed a motion with Joe Biden donor and Democrat Judge Juan Merchan to hold what’s known as a Sandoval hearing in order to argue that Trump’s past civil judgments in New York should be admissible evidence to put in front of the jury.
Bragg’s motion was filed to “disclose a list of all misconduct and criminal acts of the defendant not charged in the indictment which the people intend to use at trial to impeach the credibility of the defendant.”
“If the defendant chooses to testify, the people intend to inquire regarding the following acts,” Bragg’s motion added.
Bragg would like to present as “evidence” a tax fraud settlement that he won in a rigged show trial before Judge Merchan.
The prosecution would also like to put the $464 million civil fraud judgment against Trump that Democrats Letitia James and Judge Arthur Engoron worked together on.
Bragg also wants to put an $83 million defamation judgment a jury from deep blue Manhattan hit Trump with for defaming E. Jean Carroll when he denied a rape allegation made by her, despite the fact that she couldn’t remember when this alleged rape took place and presented no corroborating physical evidence.
Bragg is now basically asking a Democrat judge to admit into evidence all of the bogus cases that his fellow Democrats filed against Trump.
This is lawfare in action.
