The Democrat Party is putting Donald Trump on trial.
This is punishment for Trump challenging Joe Biden in November.
And now Alina Habba revealed the awful way the Judge tried to rig Trump’s criminal trial.
Major questions about if Donald Trump can get a fair trial
Democrat prosecutor Alvin Bragg is putting Donald Trump on trial in front of a Democrat Judge and in one of the most Democrat cities in America.
Just 10 percent of New Yorkers voted for Donald Trump.
The pool of potential jurors in Bragg’s persecution of Trump will come from that pro-Biden voting base.
But this isn’t even the worst of it.
Trump attorney Alina Habba told conservative journalist Benny Johnson that Joe Biden donor Juan Merchan handed Bragg an unfair advantage by banning lawyers from asking prospective jurors about their political affiliation.
Since Biden campaign workers found their way into the pool of potential jurors in E. Jean Carroll’s lawsuit against Trump, Habba said she is now worried that Biden operatives could end up on this jury thanks to Merchan handcuffing his legal defense.

This case is massive election interference
Donald Trump will now spend the next six to eight weeks stuck in a Manhattan courtroom while Bragg puts him on trial for fake crimes.
Even though Bragg is charging Trump with crimes that don’t exist, experts on both sides expect a conviction because of the Democrat-tilt of the jury pool.
It’s highly unlikely that even a Biden campaign donor like Merchan will sentence Trump to jail time.
Merchan may not even sentence Trump to probation since the idea of him asking permission to leave the state as a Presidential candidate and potentially a future President is completely unwieldy.
So why is Bragg going through with a case that threatens to undermine the integrity of both the criminal justice system and the election?
The answer is politics.
Bragg won the Manhattan District Attorney’s race in 2021 because he presented himself as the best candidate to investigate and indict Donald Trump.
And secondly, Joe Biden wants to run a billion-dollar campaign smearing Donald Trump as a convicted felon, even though the charges were bogus and he stood no chance in Bragg and Merchan’s kangaroo court.
Biden and his allies believe a guilty verdict will swing the election their way.
Democrats don’t care what charges a jury finds Trump guilty on.
All they care about is that a jury returns a guilty verdict.
And that’s why Democrat prosecutors indicted Trump in New York, Atlanta, and Washington, D.C.
These are three jurisdictions where they knew they could count on a stacked jury.
