Her Twitter account was shadowbanned by the platform, reducing her visibility to other users.
She grilled Twitter’s former top censors, Yoel Roth and Vijaya Gadde, over whether they pulled the trigger on shadowbanning her account.
Both of the former Twitter executives denied that they had anything to do with it, but the Congresswoman revealed that she has proof Roth was behind the decision to shadowban her.
“I found out last night from Twitter staff that you suppressed my account for this tweet,” Boebert said. “It’s a freaking joke about Hillary Clinton being angry that she couldn’t rig her election. It’s a joke, but in response – being the sinister overlords that you all are – you placed a 90-day account filter so I could not be found.”
Democrats spent years pushing the hoax that Trump won the 2016 election because of Russian interference on social media.
“Election interference?” Boebert continued. “Yeah, I would say that that was taking place because of you for sitting here. The Hunter Biden laptop story was suppressed. A sitting member of Congress was suppressed. A sitting President was banned from Twitter.”
The bogus claims of Russian interference in elections via social media meddling was a classic case of projection.
Democrats were using Twitter to meddle in elections by silencing their political opposition.
“You know, I bet that Putin is sitting in the Kremlin wishing he had as much election interference, intervention, interference as you four here today,” Boebert exclaimed. “We’ve heard about threats to democracy. Well, what about shutting down a duly elected member of Congress?”
Reporters used bogus claims of Russian bot networks to spread the hoax that they were interfering with elections.
Democrats and their media allies breathlessly claimed that was a “threat to democracy” itself.
The real election interference took place against Republicans with the help of Twitter’s former executives.
