Donald Trump forced Joe Biden into one stunning decision that no one saw coming

Feb 22, 2023

Joe Biden hates admitting Donald Trump was right.

But Biden just did that very thing.

And Donald Trump forced Joe Biden into one stunning decision that no one saw coming.

A train derailment in East Palestine, Ohio, turned into one of the biggest ecological disasters in recent American history when the toxic chemicals ethylene glycol monobutyl ether, ethylhexyl acrylate, and isobutylene spilled into the water.

Authorities conducted a controlled burn and created a toxic cloud that poisoned the air and forced residents to evacuate the area or face death.

Despite the fact that this is an obvious catastrophe, the Biden administration initially declined Ohio Governor Mike DeWine’s request for disaster relief.

“The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) said that Ohio is not eligible to receive assistance because the incident did not classify as a national disaster,” DeWine’s Press Secretary Dan Tierney said in an interview with the Daily Caller. The rejection came nearly two weeks after a Norfolk Southern train, which carried harmful chemicals, derailed and nearly 2,000 residents were evacuated before a controlled release of the fumes cast a large plum over the town.”

Shortly after the Biden administration told the people of East Palestine to drop dead, Donald Trump announced a visit to the distressed community.

Donald Trump got elected President in 2016 by winning historic margins among rural, working-class Americans.

Trump’s big campaign theme that year was remembering the forgotten men and women of America.

Joe Biden falsely claims to be “Scranton Joe” and a champion of the middle class.

But Trump’s visit to East Palestine put it front and center that Joe Biden does not care about working-class Americans.

Shortly after Trump’s announcement, the Biden administration reversed course and announced FEMA would provide disaster aid to East Palestine.

“FEMA will supplement federal efforts by deploying a Senior Response Official along with a Regional Incident Management Assistance Team to support ongoing operations, including incident coordination and ongoing assessments of potential long-term recovery needs,” Governor DeWine and FEMA Regional Administrator Thomas C. Sivak’s joint statement read.
