Joe Biden surprised everyone with these four words about his classified documents scandal

Joe Biden’s growing classified documents scandal is becoming a major headache.

He’s desperately trying to do damage control.

And Joe Biden surprised everyone with these four words about his classified documents scandal.

President Joe Biden is in the hot seat after his regime’s carefully crafted narrative about his classified documents scandal collapsed.

The regime tried to portray him as being transparent and fully cooperative with federal authorities.

However, Biden sat on the news of the first batch of classified documents for months and claimed to be surprised when more documents were discovered.

To do damage control, Biden sat down for a rare interview with ABC News and floated a new defense for the growing scandal.

He claimed that the documents from his time as a Senator and Vice President were not “gone through as meticulously” as they should have been.

ABC News anchor David Muir left Biden on his heels when he pressed him about the scandal.

“You called the Trump discovery irresponsible. Is there something irresponsible here, though, too?” Muir asked.

“You know, you’re a good lawyer, but you’re trying to make a comparison,” Biden replied. “There are degrees of irresponsibility that are; they can be significant degrees of irresponsibility.”

Biden claimed that former President Donald Trump was “highly irresponsible” for allegedly taking classified documents from the White House to his Mar-a-Lago home.

Trump maintains that his Presidential authority gave him the power to declassify the documents.

Biden admitted that “not everything was gone through as meticulously as it should have” been in the boxes of documents he kept.

“Can you assure the American people that none of the documents discovered in your garage or your old office compromised sources or methods or U.S. intelligence?” Muir questioned.

On the advice of his attorneys, Biden refused to comment.

However, he regularly weighed in and attacked Trump during his classified documents fiasco.

Muir put Biden on the spot about ducking questions.

“There are many who will understand why you can’t comment, why your lawyers are saying not to comment,” Muir said, before adding that “they also saw you, though, comment on former President Trump. And so, at the very least…”

“Because, look, here’s what they were showing – you guys were showing on television things lying on the ground that said ‘top secret,’ national, you know, ‘code word,'” Biden interrupted to say.

CNN reported that the first batch of highly sensitive documents found in the Penn Biden Center included classified information on Iran, Ukraine, and Great Britain.

Biden tried to play defense by claiming that he cooperated with authorities and that the Justice Department didn’t need to get search warrants for his properties.

This is a blatant lie.

His legal team only let the FBI into his Delaware home after they threatened him with a search warrant.

Joe Biden won’t be able to sweep his growing classified documents scandal under the rug now that the media is starting to press him.
