Democrats just named Donald Trump in two more criminal indictments

The Democrat Party escalated its lawfare against Donald Trump.

Democrat prosecutors will pull any dirty trick in the book to try and help Joe Biden win in November.

And now the Democrats just named Donald Trump in two more criminal indictments.

Joe Biden is down in the polls so Democrat prosecutors announce more indictments

The latest round of swing state polling shows Donald Trump leading Joe Biden in six of the seven battlegrounds.

According to the Real Clear Politics polling average, Trump leads Biden by five points in Arizona and three points in Michigan.

Democrats tried to put abortion front and center in both states, but abortion-on-demand until birth didn’t move the needle in the polls.

That left Democrats with one last arrow in the quiver.

And the Democrat Attorneys General in Arizona and Michigan announced Donald Trump as an unindicted co-conspirator in criminal cases against his supporters who submitted alternate slates of electors to keep legal challenges to the 2020 election in those states alive.

Out-of-control Democrat prosecutors attack democracy and threaten the rule of law

The General Election takes place in six-and-a-half months.

Democrat Attorneys General Kris Mayes in Arizona and Dana Nessel in Michigan just rolled out the revelation that Trump was an unindicted co-conspirator in a 2020 election in order to interfere in the 2024 election.

In the 2022 Midterms, Democrats saw success by tarring Trump-endorsed candidates as “election deniers.”

Critics contend Mayes and Nessel are looking to recreate that playbook with politically motivated charges timed right before the election in order to ensure relitigating 2020 is front and center for voters in their states.

Trump’s name went public in Michigan when one of Nessel’s agents faced cross-examination from one of the defense attorneys for the 16 individuals she charged for being a so-called “fake elector.”

“Howard Shock, a special agent for the AG’s office who was being cross-examined, replied in the affirmative when the names of Trump, Meadows and Giuliani were read. Shock also responded ‘yes’ when former Trump attorney Jenna Ellis’ name was read,” NBC News reported.

In Arizona, Mayes’ election interference efforts took the form of a 58-page indictment against 18 Trump supporters, lawyers, GOP officials, and elected representatives that claimed they took place in “further abusing and misusing the power of their offices in a no-holds barred effort to interfere in the presidential election.”

The indictment clearly described Donald Trump as “Unindicted Co-conspirator 1.”

“Defendants and unindicted co-conspirators schemed to prevent the lawful transfer of the Presidency to keep Unindicted Co-conspirator 1 in office against the will of Arizona voters,” the indictment continued.

The weaponization of the justice system is out of control.

As Joe Biden continues to trail Donald Trump in the polls, Democrat prosecutors fire indictments at Trump and his supporters like they were t-shirts out of a cannon at a sporting event.

Conservatives argue that these actions show Democrats don’t really care about democracy and the rule of law, as they are willing to trash both if it means winning this November.
