Nikki Haley pledged to do one thing to help Joe Biden defeat Donald Trump

Donald Trump is the frontrunner for both the GOP nomination and the Presidency.

The establishment will pull out all the stops to keep him out of the White House.

And now Nikki Haley pledged to do one thing to help Joe Biden defeat Donald Trump.

Nikki Haley continues to act like a Joe Biden surrogate

Donald Trump crushed Nikki Haley by 42 points in the Michigan Primary.

With 94 percent of the ballots counted, Haley won just 26.5 percent of the vote.

Trump’s margin of victory will continue to grow as all the votes get counted.

But ahead of her defeat in Michigan, Haley struck a defiant tone in an interview with the Wall Street Journal.

Haley said she was sticking in the race because she baselessly claimed that nominating Trump was “suicide.”

“You have to see the writing on the wall, you have to see the hole in the ship and if you don’t see the hole in the ship, we’re all going to go down,” Haley began.

“This may be his survival mode to pay his legal fees and get out of some sort of legal peril, but this is like suicide for our country,” Haley added. “We’ve got to realize that if we don’t have someone who can win a General Election, all we are doing is caving to the socialist Left.”

Haley also accepted the bogus criminal cases brought by partisan Democrat prosecutors to interfere in the election as legitimate.

That sounded like anything but something an actual Republican would say.

Haley sears off third party bid and serving as Trump’s Vice President

Haley claimed she would keep on campaigning and argued that she stood for the 70 percent of Americans who don’t want a Trump-Biden rematch.

“I’m doing what I think is right. I’m doing what I believe 70% of Americans want me to do,” Haley stated.

But voters continue to deliver Joe Biden and Donald Trump blowout win after blowout win in the primaries, thus calling into question the legitimacy and accuracy of those polls.

Haley needles Trump about the share of voters she represents not voting for him in a General Election because he is too mean.

“He’s not going to get the 40% by calling them names. He’s not going to get the 40% if he is not willing to change and do something that acknowledges the 40%. And why should the 40% have to cave to him?” Haley asked.

However, there is an open question as to how many Haley voters are actually gettable for a Republican and how many are just Biden voters looking to embarrass him by voting in GOP primaries that are open to everyone regardless of Party affiliation.

Haley said she hasn’t had a conversation about running as a third-party candidate with groups like No Labels.

“I have not spoken with anyone about anything other than running as a Republican. I’m running in a Republican Primary and I’m going to continue running in a Republican Primary,” Haley told the Journal.

Haley couldn’t run third party even if she wanted to, as sore loser laws in multiple states prevent a candidate from running in a General Election for a third party if they ran for another Party’s nomination in the Primary.
