The Democrat Party has completely weaponized the justice system to try and stop Donald Trump’s campaign.
Democrats now think they have the perfect case to bring down Trump.
And a jury just hit Donald Trump with a verdict that no one saw coming.
Left-wing advice columnist E. Jean Carroll came forward with a claim that Donald Trump raped her in a Bergdorf Goodman’s department store changing room in the mid 1990s.
Trump denied the allegations and called Carroll a liar.
On the advice of a Lincoln Project co-founder and Never-Trump attorney, Carroll sued Trump for defamation.
Carroll took advantage of a change in New York law that allowed a one-year window for alleged victims of sexual assault to sue their attackers.
She used the law to file a civil suit accusing Donald Trump of raping her.
Carroll produced no evidence that this supposed attack took place and could not even remember when Trump allegedly raped her.
Carroll also kept quiet for nearly 25 years about the attack and only made her story public when she needed to sell a book.
A lawsuit in Democrat-dominated Manhattan, where Joe Biden won 76 percent of the vote, was part of the Left’s lawfare strategy against Trump.
By filing cases in the most Democrat-controlled areas of the country – like New York City, Atlanta, and Washington, D.C., – the Left ensures the deck is stacked against Trump in terms of the prosecutor, potential jury pool, and judges.
But even in a kangaroo court, the jury still rejected Carroll’s claim that Trump raped her.

However, the jury from a Democrat stronghold did find Trump liable for defamation and battery and awarded Carroll $5 million in damages.
Trump slammed the jury verdict as just another example of how the Democrats are weaponizing the justice system to subvert American democracy.
“I have absolutely no idea who this woman is,” Trump posted on Truth Social. “This verdict is a disgrace – a continuation of the greatest witch hunt of all time!”
