Executives from Fox News Channel announced on Monday that the network had parted ways with Tucker Carlson.
Of course, the news of Carlson’s departure from Fox was met with cheers by many on the Left.
But audience members were stunned when Whoopi Goldberg and her co-hosts on The View did this to Tucker Carlson.
Fox News committing suicide?
Cable news has always been anchored by big names and personalities.
Individuals like Bill O’Reilly, Tom Brokaw, and Glenn Beck have kept primetime news going for decades.
A news station like Fox News would be nothing if not for its big name conservative news anchors.
However, Fox News has a habit of firing its biggest stars even though they bring in loads of money for the network.
Glenn Beck, who brought in millions of viewers and managed one of the top programs on Fox News, was booted off the network in 2011.
After years of making Fox News a primetime powerhouse, Bill O’Reilly was shown the door in 2017.
Each time Fox News released a big name personality in the past, the network saw a drop in viewership and advertising revenue.
That’s why no one ever expected Tucker Carlson would be fired.

Tucker Carlson is without a doubt the most influential primetime news anchor in recent memory.
Fans of Fox News could not get enough of Carlson’s honesty and thought-provoking takes.
But the network continues to cut its top talent and Carlson was suddenly ousted by Fox News and Robert Murdoch on Monday.
While conservatives are distraught at the news, Democrats are doing victory laps.
But no one celebrated more than the co-hosts and audience of The View.
Whoopi can’t control her excitement
Whoopi Goldberg had the biggest grin on her face when the news broke about Carlson.
Without hesitation, she interrupted the show and told the audience that “word has just come down that Fox News Media and Tucker Carlson have agreed to part ways.”
The crowd of suburban white women started to cheer uncontrollably.
Co-host Ana Navarro gleefully jiggled out of her seat and started to get the crowd to chant, “Na, Na, Na, Na, Hey, Hey, Hey, Kiss Him Goodbye.”

These women really think they achieved a victory with Carlson’s firing from Fox News.
But this will only make the conservative movement stronger since Carlson is now free to say whatever he wants without being censored by the woke voices at Fox News.
